Public repo with package manager

Amazing initiative. Are all the apps banned by the official Haiku 'gods' available in one single repo? Also, when are we getting a proper package manager like Brew? We seriously need to bypass the stupid, outdated assumptions of single devs playing dictator with official packages.

My apps appear to have created duplicate Categories, i.e. Productivity. I wonder if its a lower-case vs upper-case issue? I think I typed mine as upper case.
