PDF Printing

I was particularly surprised to discover that PDF printing hasn't been working for a really long time. I've been trying to fix it for a couple of days now, but I can't figure out what the exact issue is. I give up, I want to get back to finishing atomo123. If some angel wants to take a look at it, thanks in advance!

Atomozero Originally Haiku shipped with the PDF print queue, which was a bit misleading since it can't print to PDF without the PDF Writer package from Haiku ports. So we removed the PDF print queue from Haiku, and now the PDF writer package needs to create the print queue. There is a script that needs to be run to create the queue. I have an open PR for it, but it has not been merged yet. So I am guess that's what the problem is.

I think for RenkuOS we should just port a PDF printer driver that we can ship with the OS and avoid needing a 3rd party package.

Kevin Thanks for the info! I'll take a look at the PR you submitted. In the meantime, since I couldn't get it to work, I wrote the new driver from scratch 😅
